Jordan is a hard-working youth who balances full-time school and work. She dreams big and is already planning what University she will transfer to in the future. In foster care, Jordan has lived with friends and foster families and has always strived to find stability and family. Despite many situations not working out, Jordan continues to be resilient and build her own independence.
