Amerieon is currently in extended care after spending nearly a decade in foster care. Despite experiencing the loss of many close friends and family members, he has maintained a positive outlook. He draws motivation from these losses to become the best version of himself. Amerieon is actively involved in groups that advocate for changes in the foster care system. He is currently studying cybersecurity in college, with hopes of eventually pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering. When Amerieon isn’t in school or advocating for change, he enjoys music and sports. He mentions that playing basketball helps him stay calm and focused. He also enjoys mentally stimulating games and can solve a Rubik's Cube in just a few minutes!
