Shirley is a Social Work major, and an active student in the Guardian Scholars program. She is interested in child welfare and a Title IV-E bachelor's program student. Mental health has been something that she has been working on since her freshman year of high school. She has found the best way to support a positive mindset for herself starts with physical activity and nutrient-rich foods.
