Rose has been in the foster care system since she was 13 years old. Throughout her journey, she has shown resilience despite going through multiple placements and challenging interactions. Rose is artistic, outgoing, and enjoys socializing. She is currently working on independent living services to help prepare her for the transition out of the foster care system.
