Lainey is an absolutely amazing baby girl who was placed in foster care at birth. She was born addicted and spent the first 10 days of her life in the NICU, going through extreme withdrawal. She has the most bubbly and beautiful personality! She loves to smile and laugh and doesn't meet a stranger! Her foster family is in the process of adopting her and making her a part of their family forever!
