Josephine is a cheerful girl who smiles all the time! She is very active and enjoys interacting with those around her. Josephine loves the ocean and digging holes in the sand, but she isn’t fond of car rides. She enjoys using finger paints and crayons, and she has created wonderful art for the refrigerator! With a strong support system from her kinship placement, she is well-loved and cared for. Although she had a difficult start at birth, she is doing wonderfully now.
