Jemma is an outspoken girl who has faced a lot of family trauma; this is her third time being placed in out-of-home care since she was a toddler. Despite the challenges she has experienced, she is considerate of others' feelings and has managed to open up to trusted adults. Jemma works hard in school and is striving to rebuild relationships with her extended family members, from whom she was isolated due to the family trauma. She has a strong sense of fashion and takes pride in styling her own hair as well as her younger sister's hair for school.
