Rudy is a good young man who recently reunified with his mother after 8+ years. Despite all the years in the system, Rudy did not loose hope in that one day he would be reunified with his mother. Rudy is a very smart young man and enjoys playing video games. Rudy has been progressing since he has returned back to the care of his mother and always has a positive outlook in life and is thriving.
