Tobias is an exceptionally bright and task-driven child who thrives on hands-on experiences and activities that spark his learning, allowing him to focus, build new skills, and practice self-regulation. Living with his grandmother, whom he affectionately calls Mom, Tobias is part of Warren Village’s transitional housing program as they work toward stability after a period of homelessness. Despite these challenges, he continues to grow, learn, and show remarkable resilience every day. His curiosity, intelligence, and strong drive to succeed highlight his potential, making him a truly exceptional child.
