Oscar is a shy boy with bright eyes and a warm smile. He is patient and likes to play with his siblings. Oscar has asthma and often gets sick, but his mom works hard to keep their home clean and make sure he stays warm. He hopes to join the military when he turns eighteen because he wants to be a soldier in the army. Oscar receives support from the Department of Children and Family Services.
