Ruth is an amazing and adventurous child. Ruth was exposed to meth and marijuana in utero and struggled at birth with being able to regulate her eyes from shaking due to the drug exposure. Ruth was placed in a caregiver's care since birth and is happy she has found her forever family. Ruth loves to learn and catches on quickly. Ruth loves being the leader of her younger sister. Ruth loves to be outside, she enjoys baking, painting, and playing dress up. It is hard not to smile when you see Ruth in the room, twirling around in her dresses!
