Liana receives support from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) after experiencing an unsafe environment. She is currently facing challenges with her speech. Her caregiver is dedicated and works diligently to help her learn new words each day. Despite her difficulties, Liana is very loving and always has a bright smile on her face.
