Audrey is an incredibly creative and talented young girl that is currently residing in a therapeutic foster care home with one of her younger siblings. Because of Audrey’s challenging upbringing, she has been limited on her ability to just, ‘be a kid’. At a young age, Audrey was forced to care take to her younger siblings and for that; she is naturally generous, caring and giving to others. She is not only this way to people, but to animals as well. She LOVES animals and if she had it her way she would adopt all the animals in the world!

Since being in foster care, Audrey has struggled to find her purpose. Although she is only 14 years old she is well beyond her years and this is due to all the years prior where she was the primary care taker to her younger siblings when her parents were not around. Audrey does not do well with downtime and always needs a task to keep busy. An escape for her is through art, particularly through painting. Audrey is currently working on painting abstract eyes! Audrey would love to be able to open up a new canvas set with new brushes on Christmas morning to continue on her painting journey!
