Jesse has realized that his academic success depends heavily on his energy levels, which is directly connected to his health. Due to school and work, Jesse spends a majority of his time sitting at a desk in front of a computer with very little movement. This lack of movement has resulted in an increase of his weight and a decrease in his overall energy levels, which has impacted his productivity levels. However, he started getting more active this semester and noticed the shift in his energy, productivity, and surprisingly his overall emotional health. He has realized that movement is a form of self-care, stress relief, and energy booster, so he wants workout equipment that he can use at home so that he can build a more consistent and stable workout routine. This wish will be a great addition to his health this holiday season!
