City Living NYLav is a former foster care youth who currently resides in their own studio apartment in NYC public housing. Lav attends school full-time and is working on getting their Bachelor’s degree this year. Lav is an animal lover who occasionally takes in cats to give them a home. They are a very passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to making a better life for themselves.
The holidays can be a tough time of year for youth who experienced foster care. Lav aged out of foster care, which means they do not even have the support of the former agency and the system overall. Please help Lav purchase a special treat this holiday season!
