City Living NYRae is a former foster youth who is currently residing on her own in a studio in NYC public housing. Rae was diagnosed with MS a few years ago, and struggles with her health at times. She hopes to work in Human Resources, as she loves helping others and linking people with career opportunities. She advocates for youth in care and sees herself as a 'foster care ambassador'
The holidays can be a tough time of year for youth who experienced foster care. Rae aged out of foster care, which means she does not even have the support of the former agency and the system overall. Please help Rae purchase a special treat for herself this holiday season!
