Desiree is a single mother of two children who aged out of foster care, Desiree has always put her children’s need’s above her own including the school they attend, to clothes and shoes they wear. Desiree is working full time as receptionist, however it is not enough to pay all the bills and have enough groceries and essential needs. Desiree has endured a lot of trauma and loss in her life and as a single mother she never gets a break or alone time to manage her mental health the way she would like. Desiree is doing the best she can, and she will continue doing the best for her children.

Desiree works super hard but has always lived paycheck to paycheck and has been very careful about her spending. Recently, she had a couple of unexpected expenses, including tires and a car battery. Soon after, Desiree’s children became ill with the Flu, and Desiree was diagnosed with COVID-19. This left Desiree out of work until both she and her kids were able to recover. Given this time without being paid, Desiree found herself behind on her car payments. This wish will help to pay off what is owed on Desiree's car which will help her significantly because she will have one less financial burden to worry about.
