Being an older youth in foster care often comes with frequent moves and instability. With this, many possessions over the years get lost, misplaced, or stolen. This constant shifting is Alexis's reality. She recently lost her phone during yet another move. She needs her phone to stay in touch with loved ones, attend appointments, and keep her life organized. This wish will help her regain some normalcy and focus on her bright future.
Alexis is 20 years old and lives in MO
Alexis is a very intuitive young lady. Despite her circumstances, she is able to navigate and learn new things when stable. Alexis is currently studying to take her GED exams. She is very excited about the opportunities available once she passes her exam. She is especially excited to gain more independence once she is able to live on her own.
