MO DSS Children's Division - Clark CountyAngel is just the sweetest little girl. She is always happy and rarely fusses, except when she can't catch the dog. With her beautiful blonde hair and blue eyes, she always wears a bow in her hair. Angel loves being outside and is constantly smiling. She has been with her foster mom since she was just three days old.
Angel loves to be in the sun and feel the wind on her face! Unfortunately, the play set at her foster home does not have a swing she can safely swing on, and she would be so excited to have this piece of the park in the comfort of her backyard. This wish will help her have fun every day this summer!
