Helen is graduating from the program this year. Youth are expected to find housing on their own. Helen hasn't been able to accomplish this task due to not having a device. The apartment has a landline, however, youth are expected to search for their own housing options. If Helen had her own laptop, she could search for housing in the local areas, and out of state if needed. Helen does not own a vehicle and has no one to drive her around to apply for housing. The program promotes self-sufficiency and expects Helen to have housing to transition into when she turns 21 years old.
