CEDARS Youth ServicesFranke is a sweet and shy little girl. She has been in foster care for several years and has a hard time opening up due to the multiple moves she has endured. Franke loves dolls, gymnastics, and having her hair done. She loves to play with her little sibings.
Franke loves to draw. She would like a writing tablet so she can use it over and over again to make art. She will use this for hours and be able to take it with her wherever she goes.
