He wants a pair of Virtual Reality goggles because he is fascinated with technology, and he has found this as a way to bond with his foster parents and foster siblings.
Theodore is 11 years old and lives in CA
Theodore is an amazing and resilient boy who is new to foster care and is trying to adjust to being away from his mother. He enjoys video games and soccer and is looking forward to starting a new school. He is always laughing and talkative and has a positive outlook on life even though he was recently placed in foster care. He is very close to his sister who is also placed with him and enjoys spending time with his foster parents playing video games and doing things outdoors.
