She has not allowed her time in foster care to stop her from pursuing her dreams of one day becoming a lawyer. Amiya hopes to become successful so that she can help her much younger siblings that are in foster care.
Amiya is a smart young lady. She worked very hard to graduate on time this year. She has enrolled in community college and is very excited. Amiya wants to become an attorney one day. Amiya knows how to advocate for what she wants and needs. She works part-time and has been saving up.
