Julian is a happy young child who enjoys spending time with his siblings and his foster family. At such a young age, Julian has been observed to be an intelligent and sweet child. Julian enjoys playing with his toys and interacting with people who are close to him.
Julian would love a toy steering wheel for his birthday! He's always loved playing with toys, especially anything car-related. Seeing him have a blast with a fun steering wheel on his special day would be priceless.
