She has formed a strong bond with her foster family, who have provided her with all the love and care she needs.
Harper was born prematurely and placed on a feeding tube in the hospital. She was exposed to several drugs in utero. Since Harper is still so tiny, this Owlet monitor would provide foster parents a peace of mind and ensure Harper stays safe as she sleeps!
