A witch costume for Skylar to look great on Halloween

Skylar's favorite holiday is Halloween. Skylar also loves the movie Hocus Pocus and watches it year-round. Skylar asked to be a witch this year so she could be one of the Sanderson sisters and catch spells on everyone. Skylar is excited to dress up for her first Halloween in school!
Skylar is 3 years old and lives in NJ
Skylar is a very vibrant little girl who loves to tell you what is on her mind. Skylar loves dancing with her siblings and watching Minions together as a family. She goes to school with two of her siblings and loves to go daily. Skylar has had to adjust to a lot of changes within her home by adapting to new relatives moving in, and she has embraced every moment of it.
