Piper is a great kid who cares so deeply about the people in her life. She is empathetic and has a passion for helping others and leading people in a positive way. She likes scary movies, loves spending time with her mother and brother, loves animals, especially cats, and has dreams of working at an assisted living facility. She is pregnant and working hard to position herself to parent appropriately. She has got her learner's permit, practiced and implemented coping mechanisms, and has been accepted into the transitions program.

Piper has been working hard to make a better future for herself and her child. She is taking on this new responsibility and preparing herself to be a mother by learning to drive and practicing coping skills for her new role as a parent. A special pair of shoes she's been wishing for would be the perfect way to recognize her progress and dedication!
