Bacom "BJ" is a 12-year-old spirited young man who has been in foster care since he was 2. BJ came into our care because his last home was abusive, and he had major behavioral challenges. Since being in a new home, BJ has renewed his commitment to growth. He used to bang his head, scream, and be aggressive. Since being in care, his behavior has improved tremendously. He has become an impeccable communicator who has learned that commitment to his own growth is the key to life. We are very proud of him and the leader he has become in the home and at school. BJ wears his heart on his sleeve and could benefit from a computer of his own as he's on his growth journey.

Bascom "Bj" is a spirited young man who has been in care since he was two. BJ has made significant progress behaviorally and academically. He has a new level of commitment to his schoolwork and significant strides on a program called "ABC Mouse". His own laptop would provide him freer access to his online reading and math programs as he is improving his skills by leaps and bounds.
