A mini makeover for Molly's 17th birthday

IN DCSMolly’s life has been primarily filled with negative experiences. Molly only has limited contact with family. Due to Molly’s emotional needs, many years of her birthday have been spent in facility settings where celebrating her has been minimal. Molly does not show her soft side to everyone, but she can be a very caring and charismatic youth.
Molly would like to spend her 17th birthday being pampered. Molly originally requested to spend the day on a pass so she could go get her nails done. Upon further discussion, she expressed she would like to get her hair done and either do an all-over dark color or a honey blonde. It is unknown how long it has been since Molly has had her hair done. The last time she dyed it, it was done at home. Molly’s hair is very long and could likely use a good trim in addition to her wish to have it dyed. Molly would love this day to be a special one. She has not had the opportunity to be celebrated often. It would make Molly’s year by allowing her to be pampered for an afternoon. Molly would love to be able to get a manicure, as well as her hair done.
