Leayah has a strong sense of right and wrong, which has been a blessing and a curse for her. She is a good advocate for herself when things get tough, but she has had some hard years at home and social challenges at school. Nevertheless, she loves doing arts and crafts, being with family, and helping teachers during recess. She is such a special girl looking forward to a time when things are easier.

Leayah has been looking forward to being "double digits" on this upcoming birthday. She really feels like this is a milestone birthday of growing up, and she wants to celebrate it with a day of shopping with her older cousins and to go out to lunch. She is really looking forward to picking out some new clothes and shoes with her older role models since now she will feel like one of the big kids!
