He is truly artistic and talented. Anthony is very special because he has demonstrated resilience through the adversities he has had to endure.
Anthony is asking for this laptop so he can continue to work on his after-school assignments and not have to wait until he returns back to school the following day to use the school computers in the morning. This way, he can catch up with his assignments on time and ultimately excel in his classes.
