In addition to her studies and job, Anika is the primary caregiver for her two nephews, and she is determined to keep them out of the foster care system, ensuring they remain close as a family. Although she loves her job and school, she is struggling to balance all her responsibilities. Her family is receiving support from NM CYFD.
Anika just got permanent housing for her and her nephews. She's asking for silverware to have some kitchen essential. She wants to be able to eat with her nephews as a family.
