Kelly has recently become interested in physical fitness, which her therapist determines is extremely helpful for her to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, along with improving her quality of sleep. One of her favorite new activities is kickboxing, however, after each session Kelly has been struggling with some muscle aches and pains. A deep tissue massager has been recommended to help and she would love to use it!
