Quincy is a former foster youth who has aged out of foster care extended services. While he was in the system, he faced multiple challenges that created barriers to his aging out. In his free time, he likes to go fishing, play video games, and learn about cars. He plans to learn a trade focused on something he enjoys. Quincy hopes to acquire the knowledge and experience to strive for greatness.

Quincy has just gotten notice from an employer that his application has been approved, and they would like to officially hire him! He has been searching for a job for months now, and the lack of job offers has been devastating for him. However, with this offer, he believes that it will make a drastic positive change in his life. It finally feels like he has his footing after aging out of the foster care system. Quincy will need assistance with getting to and from his new job. Since Quincy does not have a car or a personal means of transportation, he is requesting assistance with acquiring an Uber gift card to get him through his first week which starts this April. After his first paycheck, he will be doing his best to save for a car and in the meantime, he will look into getting a bus pass. It would be a genuine blessing to get some assistance with an Uber gift card while he figures out the next steps. This request has been split into two wishes! This is wish 1 of 2.
