An exquisite full length mirror for Mirna who is deserving of something special

Posted Apr 26, 2024
With most children who come into foster care, they have not had the opportunity to enjoy their youth and childhood due to dealing with their trauma and trying to make it day to day. Mirna has experienced a large amount of trauma in her lifetime but loves to enjoy the typical things that teenage girls want, including makeup and dressing up. Mirna picked out a mirror as she would like it to be an addition to her room so she could do her makeup using the mirror and dress using the outfit to see her entire outfit.

Mirna is 18 years old and lives in OH

Mirna is a very smart girl who has experienced a lot of trauma in her lifetime including being trafficked, and having a baby right before coming into foster care. Mirna is placed in a foster home with her biological daughter. She loves to learn and enjoys going to school, and actively wants to earn money so she is able to care for her and her daughter. She looks forward to the future, taking care of her and her daughter and her achieving her goals.
