1999 CollectiveMichelle aged out of Utah's foster care system and is now graduating from college with a degree in criminal justice. She is an incredible student and a mentor to other foster youth through a local program. She enjoys painting in her free time and advocating for others. She has a huge heart and is very compassionate.
Michelle had been living in student housing while pursuing her degree. She had also been employed and had been receiving scholarships and funding to support her studies. However, now that she is graduating, she is losing her housing, employment, and financial support. Although she has been actively applying to jobs in her field, she hasn't been lucky yet, and she needs some assistance with her groceries as she transitions from student life to professional life.This request has been split into two wishes to allow for a successful shopping trip. This is wish 1 of 2.
