Esmeralda is a hardworking youth and a great mother. Esmeralda is great at leaning on her friends and family for support. Esmeralda enjoys poetry and art in her free time. She is balancing work, school, and her family. Esmeralda has been considered homeless until recently. She is in extended foster care and was approved for a Supervised Independent Living Placement.

Esmeralda would love to welcome her baby home with a new crib. She has been working hard to get prepared for her son and would relieved if she knew that she would not have to worry about the cost of a new crib. This crib will provide her some peace of mind and ensure that she's ready to bring her son home in July.
