Christina struggles greatly with coping with her mental health symptoms. While she puts in great effort to not allow her symptoms to affect her ability to interact with others and maintain her responsibilities, some days, it can be very difficult for her to manage. Her wish is to obtain items that would allow her to manage her triggers in a healthy way so that she can function and handle her responsibilities. This gift card would allow Christina to choose items that can help her, like a weighted blanket, mindfulness journals, fidget devices, and art supplies.
