An updated wardrobe for Rome to call his own

Rome has never been a part of an outside society so he is lacking everything. He is really needing clothes, shoes, hygiene products, and items to make him feel safe and comfortable. This can be traumatizing to a lot of youth, but Rome is taking it very well. The clothes he is wearing do not fit and are not appropriate for school or outings. Granting this wish for a new wardrobe would help him take pride in his appearance! This request has been split into two wishes to allow for an epic shopping trip! This is wish 1 of 2.
Rome is 16 years old and lives in MO
Rome is literally entering the outside world! While this sounds scary, especially at his age, he loves it and has a good time. Just a few short months ago Rome started school for the first time too. He has dove head first with no issues. He is strong and determined to beat the odds. Rome is learning to joke with others and it has been quite the experience. He keeps his placements on their toes and entertains his new foster siblings.
