Kyla is a strong, dedicated college student. She is deeply passionate about initiating open and meaningful dialogues about mental health and the foster system. Having navigated her own mental health journey within the confines of the foster system, she is committed to using her experience to uplifting others and bridging connections. Her dream is to continuing making a vast impact on the foster system.

Kyla absolutely loves her shoes that she has now. In fact, she has worn them every day since the day she got them. Her shoes offer her support, comfort, and stability throughout her walks and errand runs each day. Without surprise, the continuous wearing of her favorite shoes has brought their time to and end with her shoes having holes in them. Kyla really wants to replace her shoes and would love to get a new pair of the same shoes because she knows that they will last her a long time.
