Andrea is preparing to move into her own apartment. She needs a television to watch movies and cartoons for her infant child. This TV would make a great addition to a foster care youth looking to go out on her own. Her child is a toddler, and she wants to be able to put cartoons on the television for her child to watch. The TV would give her the option to relax after a hard day of work.
