She is balancing work, school, and her family. Esmeralda has been considered homeless until recently. She is in extended foster care and was approved for a Supervised Independent Living Placement.
Esmeralda has been sleeping on a couch her whole pregnancy and would love a mattress to help her sleep better. Soon, she will have a newborn boy, and her sleep will be important. Esmeralda is a hardworking youth balancing school and soon-to-be a mom of two boys.
