Courtney is a sweet and kind young lady with a tough upbringing. Despite it all, she still carries herself with an infectious sense of joy. She doesn't let tough times get to her, and after years of making mistakes she now regrets, she has turned her life in the right direction. Part of that effort is now motivated by becoming a mother. Despite the new responsibility, she refuses to stop the momentum she is building chasing her career goals.

Courtney is a single Mom now living on her own with a toddler. She has been accepted into an education program and is also in search of new employment that will fit her study and parenting schedule. Because she can't afford childcare yet she will often have to study and get her school work done while caring for her child, so the fact that he accidentally knocked their television down hasn't helped. Courtney is hoping that she can get help in acquiring another television.
