Sarah is a former foster youth who lost all of her caregivers as a child and is now receiving post-secondary coaching and case management services while she attends college full-time as a mom to two children. Her beautiful sons are her pride and joy. Although Sarah has accomplished a great deal, she continues to have challenges in nearly every facet of her life. The love she has for her family keeps her going.
