Think of UsCierra loves to learn and be with her teachers. The classroom has always been a place where she feels supported and focused on her future. Outside of school, she cherishes the time she spends with her mom and brother. Family is everything to her, and those moments together bring her comfort. She was in foster care for 11 years and then spent 2 years in extended foster care. Despite everything, she remains determined to stay positive and keep pushing forward.
Cierra is incredibly strong despite the various challenges she has faced, including the recent loss of her dad and ongoing financial hardship. After 11 years in foster care, she’s now in her own apartment but is struggling to stay cool during the summer heat. With the financial hardships she’s facing, an air conditioning unit would make a significant difference in her comfort and well-being during this difficult time.
