Howard, also known as Howie, has been with his current caregivers for the past few years. Although he is nonverbal and does not fully grasp the details of his case or placement, he shares a strong bond with his caregivers. Diagnosed with autism, Howie finds joy in solitary play and loves watching animated music videos of children's nursery rhymes. He is growing quickly and especially enjoys outdoor activities at parks.

Howie has a particular fondness for plush toys, especially Squishmallows, which are soft, huggable, and delightfully squishy. He finds joy in tossing these toys around, relishing the feeling of their softness as they soar through the air. Having his own collection of Squishmallows would make him incredibly happy, providing him with both comfort and endless entertainment.
