Daveon is a very special child with an enormous vocabulary. He enjoys reading and learning new things. Daveon also loves soccer and basketball. He has struggled with difficult behaviors due to his family life, but he is now in a supportive home, where he feels safe and comfortable.

Daveon was reunited with his mother last week and moved to a new city. Now, he has to walk for over 25 minutes one way to school since he lives in a walking district. A bike would help him travel to and from school more quickly and efficiently. Additionally, Daveon hopes to use the bike to lose weight so that he can try out for a school sport.
