Hazel has been in foster care since August 2019 and has experienced multiple placements before the Division found a family that could provide her with the stability she needed. She has been living with her adoptive family for about four years, and they are all looking forward to finalizing her adoption. Hazel enjoys dressing up and has requested a new makeup kit to celebrate her adoption.
