Lucia is a cheerful young lady who has been in foster care for a couple of years. She is always happy and eager to have a good time. Lucia enjoys art, reading, riding her bike, and spending time with her friends.

Lucia is eager to participate in a week-long art program this summer. In this program, she will learn advanced design and drawing skills that will help her develop her unique artistic style. Unfortunately, her placement cannot cover the tuition and supplies required for the program. Granting this wish would allow Lucia to enhance her skills and have a fantastic summer!
