Jay is a former foster youth who left foster care at 18. He earned his high school diploma and is working hard to apply for college for Fall 2025. He wants to go to college for engineering and has a passion for photography and technology. Some things that make Jay special are his ability to connect with others through his sense of humor and easygoing personality. He also has strong leadership skills, demonstrated by how he advocates for himself.

Jay loves going to the movies. He is a charismatic and sociable young adult who is working on gaining his independence after leaving foster care. Previously, he could go to the movies frequently, but due to a tighter budget, he hasn't been able to attend since last year. With his birthday coming up this month, he would love to see two movies and purchase a snack at the theater to make his day special.
